Visitors Guide To Port Stephens
Situated just north of Newcastle, Port Stephens is a great place to spot dolphins and whales. The best season to go is between June and October when you’ll have a better chance at spotting wildlife during these months. Another fun activity in Port Stephens is exploring the remarkable sand dunes in a 4WD vehicle on Stockton Beach. There are a number of companies which rent out vehicles or, if you don’t want to drive them yourself, you can join a tour group.
